laments Manveer’s accusations against her and Angad’s gullibility in believing his mother. Vandana, a singer who is a friend of hers, calls to check on her. She is alright, claims Sahiba. She is in pain, and Vandana asks if she and Angad had a fight. Sahiba claims that Angad can not comprehend her. She should be honest with Angad about her feelings, according to Vandana. She can be a love guru in addition to singing, Sahiba believes, and after their marriage, she will use a tender song to resolve their disputes.
Vandana promises to submit her brand-new song so that people can hear it and comment honestly. Sahiba concurs. Sahiba is informed by the nurse that the doctor needs her to enter Simran’s room right now. Angad is told by Sahiba to hurry up and go to Simran’s chamber.
The entire family stops by Simran’s chamber. Simran’s illness is getting worse as her skin turns yellow. As she questions Sahiba who took Simran to kidnappers while she was sleeping in a room, Simran sobs in pain. Manveer stands unbothered while Sahiba and Angad are depressed. Simran is being tried to be distracted by Sahiba. Simran expresses to Inder that she is unable to endure the anguish as it becomes more intense. Simran is quickly examined by a doctor.

A specialist advises them that Simran requires a liver transplant since her liver has been entirely destroyed as a result of the harsh medications her captors must have given her. As they are willing to spend any amount, brars approach doctors to recommend a doctor. According to doctors, they are unable to purchase a donor and must wait a significant amount of time before they discover a willing donor; failing that, a family member must donate their liver.
Inder claims he will give his daughter his liver in exchange. Doctor queries whether he drinks. Inder claims to have tilled a few days ago, but he is unsure. He cannot give then, the doctor says. According to Angad, his liver cannot be donated. Sahiba claims she will give her liver because her blood is O positive.
Nurse is asked by doctor to test Sahiba. As promised, Angad would give his liver. Manveer claims that she won’t let him put his life in danger for that girl. Given how Simran was taken from their home, according to Angad, she shouldn’t disagree with his choice. Gurleen and Jaspal also concur to offer their livers. Dr. invites everyone to undergo testing.
Sahiba doesn’t eat on schedule and doesn’t take good care of herself, therefore Angad requests that she not donate her liver. When Sahiba is willing to donate his liver and doesn’t view Simran as his sister, he asks why he can’t.
To prepare for the test, the nurse gathers them all. Walking to Manveer is Inder. If he wants to say something, Manveer asks. According to Inder, she has already done a lot for Simran, so he came to express himself honestly without expecting anything in return. Why do two individuals require a reason to convey their emotions, Sahiba wonders. Angad departs.
